Project Description

FTE was retained by the Sports Turf One for this Design | Built joint venture for the design and local permitting for this major high school athletic playing field renovation project of the existing natural turf multi-use field that was used for football, soccer, lacrosse and softball field programming. FTE professional responsible was to obtain all the necessary land surveying and geotechnical field data collection and testing to allow FTE to properly evaluate the existing soil conditions and prepare an analysis of the current impact to the current historical drainage pattern and seasonal high water table, which has a direct relationship to the proposed elevation of the proposed surface elevation of the proposed Synthetic Turf Playing Field surface and sub-surface drainage performance. FTE completed all related synthetic turf playing field design documents and secured all the necessary local permits for the start of construction in July of 2014. The project construction was completed by August 2014 on time and within original budget.
