SCOPE OF SERVICES

To design and a state-of-the-art spring training facilities positioned on a single site.

The main ballpark stadium with a total capacity of approximately 11,000 fans, three practice fields, and other adjoining facilities that will house Major and Minor League club house and facility operations. The engineering services included the assistants with the master site planning, parking lot design, paved paving, pedestrian bridge overpass, hardscape grading design, ADA review for complex compliance, coordinate and obtain all Local and State required permits. Design all playing fields for a natural playing field turf installation, graded all the playing fields to meet the MLB standards and design the master under drain collection systems and underdrain lift station. Also provided all required on-site construction administration and observation during construction.

The dimensions of the field precisely mimic that of the old Yankee Stadium, and the scalloped grandstand facade it also meant to invoke the old ballpark in the Bronx. When built, it was the first spring training stadium to include luxury suites.
