SCOPE OF SERVICES

To design and a state-of-the-art spring training facilities positioned on a single site. The main ballpark stadium with a total capacity of approximately 6,800 fans, Thirteen practice fields, and other adjoining facilities that will house two Major and Minor League club houses and facility operations. The engineering services included the assistants with the master site planning, parking lot design, grass parking, paved paving, pedestrian hardscape grading design, ADA review for complex compliance, coordinate and obtain all Local and State required permits. Design all playing fields for a natural playing field turf installation, graded all the playing fields to meet the MLB standards and design the master under drain collection systems and underdrain lift station. Also provided all required on-site construction administration and observation during construction.

This project received a national award from the Sports Turf Manager Association for the “Overall Best Sports Complex” in the nation
