HISTORY

Prepare a completed set of site civil and natural turf playing field Design Documents for new multi-use stadium. The stadium programming was proposed to host a various number of other venues and events other than football and soccer. The programming also includes: Rock Concerts, Monster Truck and several other open air events.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The engineering services included the assistants with the master site planning, parking lot design, grass parking, paved paving, pedestrian hardscape grading design, ADA review for complex compliance, coordinate and obtain all Local and State and FAA required permits. Design all site related infrastructure such as; stormwater management, water distribution, wastewater collection, landscape architecture, master irrigation system, traffic mitigation plan coordination and a natural turf playing field, playing field grading plan to NFL and FIFA standards. Also provided all required on-site construction administration and observation during construction. Also provided design services and coordination for Super Bowl XXXV village.
